Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our recent awning purchase -
your comprehensive website enabled us to easily order exactly what we needed for our back entrance door!

We realize you must advise customers to expect delivery within 3 weeks since the order is shipped from Maine,
so we were quite pleased when it arrived just one week after placing our order. The quality is great & even the installation instructions were easy to follow (as long as it's a woman reading them ;) ) It adds a nice touch of colour to our patio as well.

All in all, we are happy customers - will recommend Patio Concepts as a mail order source to anyone in the market for canvas awnings.

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that my awning arrived about 2 weeks ago. I put the awning together this past Friday which took about 1 hour to complete and installed the awning on my house yesterday which took about 45 minutes to install. The hardest part about the install was drilling into the brick on my house. The rest of the installation was very easy. Thanks for the quick turnaround on my order!

We are so happy with our new screen-house, we just had to write and tell you. It's everything you claimed it would be. We managed to put it up with no trouble but I must say it will be quicker the next time. We bought a new indoor/outdoor carpet for our concrete base and it's like a whole new room. This means a lot when you live in a small apartment. Everyone who sees it loves it. There is so much room inside we can have plenty of company.

Received Gazebo Kit also the 2 replacement wind screens that were damaged in transport. Son came last week and built the deck and with help we erected the screen-house. I am now able to sit outdoors and enjoy the summer without being eaten up by the flies and mosquitoes. Just want you to know the screen house is up and we enjoyed sitting out last nite without the bugs driving us crazy. Took two of us 4 hours from start to finish (including laying the carpet). Next time it will be much quicker! I'll send you a picture when they are developed.

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the awning we recently purchased from your company. From the first phone call I made to inquire about the awning to the actual installation we were both very impressed. The awning was packed very well and got to us in perfect condition and on time just as you promised! (now if I can just figure out a way to effectively recycle the tube it came in!). The instructions for hanging the brackets and mounting the unit were easy to understand and the entire job took only about an hour from start to finish. The colour we chose goes perfect with our house as well. So thanks for all your help and if we can ever give a reference down the road please do not hesitate to let us know.
